Intelecom is a leading provider of location independent network based customer contact services. With over 15 years’ experience, Intelecom was one of the first developers of cloud based contact centres. Today Intelecom is used by over 550 organisations and provides carrier grade contact centre services to more than 15,000 users worldwide.
We were asked by Intelecom to create a series of videos and a mobile application that would help them demonstrate their product offering and collect user data during the 4 day conference in Disney World.
5 short motion graphic videos were created, each focusing on a core product offering from Intelecom. We then built a custom iPad application that was installed on all staff devices and gave them the ability to showcase the videos while talking to client around the exhibition stand, and easy collect user data for follow up on the device. Finally we build in AirPlay to the iPad app, enabling staff to push video content from the app over the air to an Apple TV connected up to a large screen on their display stand for demonstrating the videos to larger groups.
"Intelecom UK decided to attend the IBM Lotushere conference in January 2012 and we needed to to demonstrate our software integration in a visible, meaningful and modern way. Bluejuice came to our help by creating four exciting to the eye video's that could be seen on a main screen and managed via an IPad app. The Ipad could also be used for viewing the videos and taking customer details in an easy to use client form within the app. Craig Sawyer at Blue juice listened to what we wanted and turned our need in to a creation that was beyond our expectations.
